Fee Structure
Seeking help to navigate difficult experiences can be daunting and emotionally taxing, and it’s essential to find a therapist that is the right fit for you. As such, I offer a free 20-minute consultation (via phone or online) to allow you the chance to connect with me before booking a session and assess if our connection feels like a therapeutic fit for you.
My individual counselling sessions are conducted in accordance with the standards set by the BCACC, and they are priced at $160 per 50-minute session. I understand that financial hardships can be a barrier for some individuals, so I offer a sliding scale fee based on further conversation, in hopes of making services accessible.
Sessions are available online, in-person, or by phone.
I am a registered service provider with the following agencies:
ICBC
CVAP
AGSAFE
I gratefully acknowledge that I am offering services on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Katzie, Kwantlen, Semiahmoo and Matsqui First Nations.
